This one-day training is designed to empower individuals with both theoretical knowledge and practical tools, enabling them to actively enhance their mental well-being.
Importantly, this program continuously validates participants' progress and long-term results, using physiological and behavioral measures. This continuous monitoring not only allows ongoing individual adaptations but also provides participants with long-term skills and tools.

Program outline
Over the course of 8 weeks, we will explore through theory and practice relevant to developing mental resilience. Briefly, the sessions include:

During the program, participants will engage in a variety of interactive workshops, including activities like ice-dipping, self-defense, and more, aligning with the organization's overarching objectives.
Each session is designed to last between 1.5 to 2 hours, providing flexibility to accommodate the preferences and schedules of the target group. To ensure personalized attention to each participant, a maximum capacity of 15 individuals per group is maintained.
The program fits anyone, regardless of age, gender, or physical fitness.
Continuous assessment
Throughout the program, we will employ behavioral and physiological measurements to evaluate the impact on participants. A baseline will be established during the initial session, with continuous monitoring of key parameters using questionnaires and standard physiological measures. Participants will learn how to measure and analyze their own progress, ensuring long-term application of the knowledge and skills acquired.
