Martial Health Research programs
Martial Health is a unique approach to promoting mental, physical, and emotional well-being by combining neuroscientific knowledge and therapy concepts with elements from traditional martial arts. The research in these programs is focused on the physiological aspects of martial arts practice in the context of mental well-being.

Current programs
The Safety Team
The Safety Team is a nonprofit organization based in Vermont, USA, dedicated to the safety, empowerment, resiliency, healing, and well-being of women. Founded by a group of women who are passionate about making a difference, the core team members share a background in martial arts yet have diverse professional expertise related to violence against women. The current program focus on researching physiological parameters relevant to mental well-being.
