Active Breaks for High-Performing Organizations
This is not another workshop well-being program. This is a thought-provoking reset for body, mind, and performance based on practical neuroscience.
With two main interventions, you can choose the format that fits your organization best:
Well-Being Bites
Think about the Ancient Greek academy meets the modern workplace. These are short, structured well-being sessions designed to initiate awareness and create internal motivation for growth within the context of the modern workspace.
Benefits for Employees and Organizations
-
Improved employee experience and team connection
-
A "well-being buffer" that creates a space for growth
-
Updated source of ideas, methodologies, and approaches to organizational well-being strategies
How does it work?
The Well-being Bites are 20-30 minutes
interactive sessions that are designed to initiate a path for change. They combine neuroscience-based concepts for promoting mental well-being and personal empowerment, sometimes (light) physical activation, all to help employees reset, refocus, and perform at their best, without disrupting the working day. Each session integrates:
-
On-site, online, or hybrid
-
Stress regulation and mental reset techniques
-
Applied neuroscience for focus and resilience
-
Optional self-defense and confidence modules
No sportswear. No equipment. Everyone invited.
Ideal for
-
Large international companies
-
Corporate HQs and regional offices
-
Knowledge-intensive and fast-paced environments
-
HR, People & Culture, L&D, and Well-Being initiatives
How can you start?
We recommend starting with a pilot of 3-5 Active Breaks sessions. This allows organizations to:
-
Test employee engagement
-
Collect feedback
-
Measure impact before scaling
Successful pilots can be expanded into additional sessions and long-term well-being strategies.

HR, People & Culture, L&D, and Well-Being initiatives
How can you start?
We recommend starting with a pilot program that includes HR/well-being managers or other focus groups as participants. This allows organizations to assess the suitability of the program to the organizational needs, atmosphere, resources, etc.
Successful pilots can be expanded to include additional focus groups, as well as tailoring long-term well-being strategies.
Are there other options?
Of course! Additional programs, lectures, and workshops are always an option, for example:
-
The neurophysiology of mental well-being
-
Deconstructing mindfulness
-
Martial arts as a mental well-being intervention
-
A scientific approach to ice-dipping
Other topics and specific adaptations are tailored according to the needs of your organization.
