This program was implemented in different settings with great success. This program will teach principles and practical tool for personal growth.

Think about the Ancient Greek academy meets the modern workplace. These are short, structured well-being sessions designed to initiate awareness and create internal motivation for growth within the context of the modern workspace.

Lectures and workshops

Our lectures and workshops focus on the neuroscience of mind-body practices. These sessions will equip you with a deep understanding of how brain and body functions are intertwined, along with practical tools for everyday application. These include:
