A Neuroscience-Based Well-Being Program

Stress in our daily environment impacts our mental health in different ways: Employees develop burnout, students become aggressive, social isolation may follow, and the next step is a spiraling of negative emotions. It has a health burden, a social burden, and a financial burden.

What sets this program apart:

  • Grounded in neuroscience and neurophysiology, not trends.

  • Integrates embodied learning, not just cognitive discussion.

  • Designed and delivered by an expert with academic and applied experience.

  • Adaptable for corporate, educational, and community contexts.

What will you learn?

The program uniquely integrates neuroscientific theory, mindfulness, embodied practices, and applied methodologies (including martial-arts-derived principles) to create durable behavioral change.

The program includes 6 sessions:

  • Theoretical framework and introduction.

  • Four sessions that are based on the model behind this program, which analyzes our mental well-being according to four main domains.

  • A summary and personal assessment.

Using martial arts elements, you will learn practical tools to regulate your emotional state, support your social interactions, and improve your cognitive skills. You will think, sweat, breathe, and importantly, be aware.

“I would like to thank my teacher, Guy Shpak, for the meaningful and inspiring martial arts lessons. His way of teaching made every session both educational and enjoyable. I truly appreciated how he created a safe, respectful atmosphere, challenged us in the right moments, and guided us with patience and enthusiasm. These lessons had a real impact on my well-being, and I am grateful for his dedication and the positive energy he brought to every class."
