The Mind-Set Framework

The idea for the Mind-Set Framework started almost 20 years ago when I made my first steps in the neuroscience world. Investigating the biological building blocks of how we learn, create memories, and experience the world around us, immediately clicked with my lifelong practicing in martial arts. Every element in these practices received a new and deeper meaning once it was in the context of the biology of our brain, and every physiological aspect of the brain function received a martial arts-related expression.

I deeply believe that by understanding the physiological nature of our mental world, we can improve our lives and support others around us. Mind-body methodologies should be analyzed accordingly and be used to support every individual.

All Mind-Set Framework activities are continuously updated according to relevant scientific knowledge and mind-body practices. These include lectures, workshops, and other activities that are designed for a variety of audiences.
