Knowledge is a critical foundation, but practice makes perfect!

Modern lifestyle inherently involves prolonged mental stress and physical stagnation, both known to be detrimental to our physical and mental health. Unfortunately, while we are well aware of these risks, we tend to ignore them until a breaking point occurs, in the form of health problems, burnout, etc.
Fortunately, there are established and accessible measures we can take that effectively counter the negative consequences of daily stressors.

The Employee empowerment program provides theory, practice, and ongoing research into the participants' physical and mental well-being.

Following this training program, you will:

  1. Understand the intricate relationship between physiological processes and mental well-being, and how these influence each other.

  2. Acquire tools and skills to support your physical and mental resilience.

  3. Enhance your ability to cope with stress.

  4. Learn to utilize available physiological indicators for monitoring and optimizing your mental fitness.

  5. Foster meaningful social connections and strengthen bonds with peers in informal, enjoyable ways.

Program outline

Over the course of 8 sessions, we will explore the theory and practice relevant to developing mental resilience. The topics will include (among others):

  • The science of mind-body interventions and the therapeutic martial arts model.

  • Emotional regulation.

  • Dealing with stress.

  • Sensory perception and awareness.

  • Social trust.

  • Cognitive fitness.

  • Enhanced creativity.

During the program, participants will engage in a variety of interactive workshops, including activities like ice-dipping, self-defense, and more, aligning with the organization's overarching objectives.

The program is designed to accommodate the preferences and schedules of the target group. To ensure personalized attention to each participant, a maximum capacity of 15 individuals per group is maintained.

The program fits anyone, regardless of age, gender, or physical fitness.

Continuous assessment

Throughout the program, we will employ behavioral and physiological measurements to evaluate the impact on participants. A baseline will be established during the initial session, with continuous monitoring of key parameters using questionnaires and standard physiological measures. Participants will learn how to measure and analyze their own progress, ensuring long-term application of the knowledge and skills acquired.
